1. About CashDuniya

CashDuniya is an affiliate-based promotional reward platform that allows users to discover and participate in cashback offers, promotional campaigns and referral programs.

Eligible users may receive cashback or rewards for completing qualifying activities specified by individual campaigns.

2. Eligibility

To use CashDuniya services, you agree that:

• You will provide accurate and genuine information.
• You will use your own mobile number, email address and payment details.
• You will satisfy the eligibility requirements specified by individual campaigns.
• You will comply with the applicable advertiser and campaign terms.
• You will not create multiple CashDuniya accounts unless expressly permitted.

3. Campaigns & Offers

Each campaign may have separate eligibility criteria, payout amounts, required actions, validation rules and deadlines.

Campaign activities may include:

• Application installation
• Registration
• KYC completion
• Account opening
• First transaction
• First trade
• Deposit or purchase
• Subscription
• Referral activity
• Other qualifying activities

CashDuniya may modify, pause, replace or discontinue campaigns subject to applicable campaign terms.

4. Cashback Eligibility

Cashback is not guaranteed solely because a user completes an advertised activity.

Cashback may become payable only when:

• The required campaign action has been completed.
• The activity has been correctly tracked.
• The advertiser or affiliate network validates the conversion.
• The transaction is not rejected, cancelled, duplicated or fraudulent.
• All campaign-specific requirements have been satisfied.

5. Tracking

CashDuniya may use tracking links, cookies, device identifiers, attribution technologies and other technical mechanisms to verify campaign activity.

Tracking may fail due to circumstances including:

• Incorrect or modified campaign links
• Existing advertiser accounts
• Previously installed applications
• Multiple accounts or devices
• Browser privacy settings
• Ad blockers
• Technical or network issues
• Advertiser attribution rules
• Affiliate-network limitations

CashDuniya does not guarantee successful tracking of every user activity.

6. Pending, Rejected & Reversed Transactions

Cashback may initially appear as Pending while the transaction is being verified.

A transaction may be rejected or reversed if:

• The advertiser rejects the conversion.
• Campaign requirements were not satisfied.
• The user already had an account with the advertiser.
• Duplicate or multiple accounts are detected.
• Fraudulent or suspicious activity is identified.
• The transaction is cancelled or reversed.
• The affiliate network does not approve the conversion.
• A campaign-specific condition is violated.

CashDuniya may not be able to override a rejection made by an advertiser or affiliate network.

7. Cashback Payments

Approved cashback will be paid through the payment method made available by CashDuniya.

Payment processing times may vary depending on campaign approval, verification and payment processing requirements.

Users are responsible for providing correct UPI, bank or other payment details where required.

CashDuniya is not responsible for payment failures caused by incorrect information provided by the user.

8. Verification

CashDuniya may conduct verification before processing cashback or other rewards.

Verification may include reviewing account information, campaign activity, transaction status, referral activity and other information reasonably required to prevent fraud or incorrect payments.

Cashback may be temporarily withheld while verification is in progress.

9. Fraud & Abuse

CashDuniya maintains a strict policy against fraudulent, deceptive or abusive activity.

Prohibited activities include:

• Fake or fabricated information
• Multiple CashDuniya accounts
• Self-referrals
• Fake referrals
• Duplicate leads or transactions
• Automated or bot-generated activity
• Manipulation of tracking systems
• Fraudulent campaign completion
• Exploitation of technical errors
• Any activity intended to obtain rewards without genuine completion

CashDuniya reserves the right to investigate suspicious transactions and take appropriate action.

10. Refer & Earn

Referral rewards are subject to the conditions of the applicable referral program.

A referral reward may be credited only when the referred user completes the required qualifying activity and the activity is successfully verified.

Self-referrals, duplicate accounts, fake referrals and referral manipulation are prohibited.

11. Third-Party Advertisers & Services

CashDuniya may promote products, applications, services, financial products, insurance products and other offers provided by third-party advertisers or partners.

CashDuniya does not control the products, services, policies or decisions of third-party providers.

Users should review the applicable third-party terms, privacy policies, eligibility requirements, fees and disclosures before participating.

12. Financial & Investment Offers

Some campaigns may involve banking, loans, insurance, investments, trading platforms or other financial products.

CashDuniya does not provide financial, investment, tax or legal advice.

Users should independently evaluate financial products and review the official terms and disclosures of the relevant provider before participating.

13. User Responsibilities

Users agree to:

• Provide truthful and accurate information.
• Follow campaign instructions.
• Use legitimate accounts and payment details.
• Avoid fraudulent or abusive activity.
• Not manipulate tracking systems.
• Not misuse CashDuniya services.
• Comply with applicable laws and campaign terms.

14. Account Suspension & Termination

CashDuniya may suspend, restrict or terminate an account where it reasonably believes that:

• These Terms have been violated.
• Fraudulent or suspicious activity has occurred.
• Multiple or duplicate accounts are being used.
• The platform is being abused.
• Information provided by the user is inaccurate.
• The account creates security or legal risks.

15. Website & Service Availability

CashDuniya attempts to maintain reliable services but does not guarantee that its website, campaign pages, tracking systems or services will always be available, uninterrupted or error-free.

Services may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, technical problems, network failures, third-party systems or circumstances beyond reasonable control.

16. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, CashDuniya shall not be responsible for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from:

• Third-party services
• Advertiser decisions
• Tracking failures
• Campaign cancellation
• Payment-provider issues
• Network or technical failures
• Incorrect information supplied by the user

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.

17. Intellectual Property

The CashDuniya name, logo, website design, graphics, software, text and other original materials are owned by or licensed to CashDuniya unless otherwise stated.

Users may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute or commercially exploit CashDuniya content without prior written permission.

Third-party trademarks and logos remain the property of their respective owners.

18. Privacy

CashDuniya may collect and process information required to operate campaigns, track conversions, verify transactions, provide rewards and process payments.

19. Changes to These Terms

CashDuniya may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time.

Updated Terms will be published on this page with the revised effective date.

Continued use of CashDuniya after an update may constitute acceptance of the updated Terms, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

20. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws of India.

Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts in India, subject to applicable law.
