CashDuniya primarily provides promotional cashback and reward services. Cashback amounts are promotional incentives linked to qualifying campaign activities and are not the purchase price of a product or service sold by CashDuniya.
Users may choose not to participate in a campaign. Once a campaign activity has been completed and submitted for tracking or verification, it may not be possible to cancel the transaction or participation.
CashDuniya does not generally charge users for participating in cashback campaigns. Therefore, conventional product or service refunds are generally not applicable to cashback rewards.
A cashback claim may be rejected where the campaign's conditions are not satisfied, including but not limited to:
If cashback was credited incorrectly and the underlying transaction is later cancelled, reversed, refunded or determined to be invalid, CashDuniya may reverse or adjust the cashback amount.
If you purchase a product or service from a third-party advertiser through CashDuniya, any refund, cancellation or replacement relating to that product or service is governed by the third party's own terms and policies.
If a cashback payment fails due to incorrect UPI details, account information, technical issues or other payment-related reasons, CashDuniya may request correct information and attempt payment again where reasonably possible.
